Yansong Chen has 25 years of progressive Automotive experience that spans multiple business units and functional areas in strategy and roadmap,  business development, program and product management, Finance, Marketing, engineering transformation, manufacturing, in leading manufacturer and management consultancy.

Specialized in strategy, business planning and flawless execution to high volume production in vehicle electrification, power electronics, infotainment, connectivity, and safety products. Chen’s cross product line experience gives unique insights of the interconnectedness in future technology trend and bridge the advanced R&D deployment into commercialization and high-volume production. 

In 2022, Chen was named a North America Automotive News Rising Star. Since 2021, she has served on the Inforum MobilityNext Advisory Board.

Chen holds a doctorate degree in technology from Purdue University, along with two master’s degrees: one in electrical and computer engineering from Purdue University and the second in business administration from Indiana University. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Kettering University.
