Nancy Dunham is the principal analyst, retail, for Wards Auto. She focuses on every aspect of dealerships including sales, leasing, F&I, Fixed Ops, Service and Parts.
She became an automotive journalist, editor and analyst more than two decades ago after a career as a newspaper reporter and medical magazine editor.
She is a founder of the Association of Healthcare Journalists, a former officer of the Society of Professional Journalists, and a member of the Authors’ Guild. She recently chaired the national conference of the American Society of Journalists and Authors.
