Jeff Ferman, Head of Skills and Services, Amazon Smart Vehicles
A Detroit-native, Jeff has been involved in the automotive industry since racing solar cars around the world with the University of Michigan. Jeff started at Amazon as the first Solutions Architect focused on Connected Car Skills, and since then has held a variety of roles working on both the Product and Partner side of developing customized mobility-related Alexa Skills and Automotive Services. He currently leads the Skills and Services team at Amazon Smart Vehicles, enabling partners to build engaging voice-forward experiences for customers on-the-go. Prior to Amazon, Jeff worked on startups in Intelligent Transportation, developer/designer experiences at Microsoft, and has led student engineering competitions around the world.
