The founder and CEO of GO BIG Coaching & Communications, executive coach and strategist Micha Goebig is committed to driving the success of female professionals in automotive and tech. Micha is a multi-certified coach, bilingual keynote speaker and published author. She serves on the Forbes Coaches Council, the Advisory Board of Wonder Women Tech, and the speaker team of TEDxSeattle. She collaborates frequently with Women Automotive Network where she interviews female leaders and emcees online and in-person events.

Initially, she founded her company as an agency specializing in corporate communications for the German luxury car and supplier industry. Drawing on more than two decades of expertise within the sector, Micha has run hundreds of corporate workshops, primarily on topics of cultural fluency and leadership strategies for women in male-dominated work environments. 

Micha holds a master’s degree in communications from the University of Munich, taught at several colleges in the USA and Germany and published two novels. She lives in Seattle, WA.
