Vice President Manufacturing, Marel Power Solutions, a Michigan start-up developing next generation power components and systems.

An automotive technology leader with over 20 years of experience in positions of global responsibility, Antonella is driving successful commercialization of power modules and systems for the EV market.

Prior to Marel, Antonella worked for an autonomous vehicle sensor and software start up, and global semiconductor companies. Her strengths and expertise are in process engineering, quality engineering, project management, account management and business development.  Antonella defined business account strategies while forging long-term alliances, both within the organization and at customers. She managed supply chain crises at a global semiconductor supplier and developed and executed business growth strategies at top global automotive corporations.

Antonella earned her BSE in Chemical Engineering at Wayne State University and her MSE in Industrial Engineering and MBA from University of Michigan.

Antonella serves on the Board of Directors for Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation, serves as Advisory Board member for Wayne State University College of Chemical Engineering, and is an Advisory Board member for Madonna University School of Business.
