Taylor Leone, Co-Lead, AWAF HER Story, AWAF
Taylor has 13 years of experience in automotive, UX and CX. She joined SBD Automotive in 2016 from a large OEM’s Infotainment group, where she gained experience in benchmarking, writing and conducting customer surveys, and supporting usability testing. While at SBD Automotive, she has strengthened her knowledge and experience in the consumer space by conducting and supporting usability testing, consumer surveys, and focus groups, and helping to establish a consumer testing team. From her start at SBD, Taylor has contributed to important UX HMI benchmarking projects and has since then taken over and now leads SBD’s UX HMI report series (635) and other CX-related SBD reports and products. Taylor joined AWAF in 2022 as part of the STEM Committee and has volunteered her time to help grow and co-lead the HER Story program to help encourage and provide opportunities for young women interested in STEM.
