Brooke Rupprecht, Sr. Venture Analyst, BorgWarner Inc.
Brooke is a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Strategy and Venture Capital team at BorgWarner. Prior to joining BorgWarner, Brooke spent 2 years at Plug and Play Detroit where she worked with and learned from leading innovation teams at global OEMs and tier 1 suppliers. Since joining the team, Brooke has helped redefine BorgWarner’s innovation processes, aimed at delivering high value innovation aligned with BorgWarner’s Charging Forward 2027 Strategy. This includes leading initiatives related to product innovation, focused on retaining leadership in BorgWarner’s emerging eProduct portfolio, as well as process innovation, focused on optimizing efficiency in business operations.
